In a partnership between Visit Beloit, Travel Wisconsin and Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Wisconsin's busiest rest area is open to welcome visitors to Wisconsin. The Beloit center is at the rest area located on northbound I-39/90 at the Illinois border. The location is one of the state's busiest welcome centers, serving over 270,000 people annually, according to the state Tourism Department.
